Who are we?

ROA was founded by me, Tom Moreton. After over a decade working in various sized businesses, I was suprised to find many companies struggling to take their businesses to the next stage in growth. Whether this be from Start-up to Scale-up, Scale-up to maturity, or even mature companies looking for fresh ways to drive new revenue. Having had the experience across multiple stages and verticals, I wanted to set up ROA to help other companies expediate their own growth, and discover missed opportunities. I have held senior sales and business development roles across industries such as telecoms, software (SaaS), commercial real estate, property services and financial services; however I believe effective business development structures are transferrable across most sectors.
